Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using DoYouPrompt. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DoYouPrompt (the "Platform"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through doyouprompt.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, candidates, recruiters, and any other person who accesses or uses the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2 Description of Service
DoYouPrompt is an AI skill assessment platform designed to evaluate prompt engineering competency in realistic, simulated work environments. The Platform provides:
- Simulated workspaces that replicate real-world AI interaction scenarios across multiple professional domains
- Behavioral scoring that analyzes not just the final output, but the entire prompting process including strategy, iteration, and refinement techniques
- Detailed assessment reports that provide candidates and recruiters with actionable insights into prompt engineering skill levels
- Multi-track assessments covering different professional contexts such as content writing, data analysis, code generation, and more
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We continuously develop and improve our assessment methodology, scoring algorithms, and available tracks. Features and functionality may change without prior notice.
3 User Accounts
To access assessment features, you must register for an account. When creating your account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information: You must supply your real name and a valid email address. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.
- Maintain account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent assessment limits or to gain unfair advantages is prohibited.
- Email verification: You must verify your email address before accessing assessment features. Unverified accounts may have limited functionality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, exhibit fraudulent behavior, or remain inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where practicable.
4 Assessment Rules
Assessments on DoYouPrompt are designed to measure genuine prompt engineering skill. To ensure fair and accurate evaluation, the following rules apply:
- Independent completion: All assessments must be completed independently by the registered candidate. Having another person complete an assessment on your behalf is strictly prohibited.
- No external AI tools: During an assessment, you must use only the AI interface provided within the DoYouPrompt workspace. Using external AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI assistant) to generate, refine, or inform your prompts is not permitted.
- No sharing of task content: Assessment tasks, scenarios, source materials, and specific instructions are confidential. You may not share, reproduce, screenshot, or distribute any assessment content in any form.
- Anti-cheating measures: The Platform employs behavioral analysis, timing analysis, interaction tracing, and anomaly detection to identify potential integrity violations. Suspicious activity may result in assessment invalidation, account suspension, or permanent ban.
- Time limits: Assessments may have time constraints. You are responsible for managing your time within the allotted period. Exceeding time limits may result in automatic submission of your current progress.
Violations of assessment rules may result in score invalidation, account suspension, notification to linked recruiters, and a permanent record on your account.
5 Recruiter Accounts
Recruiters and hiring managers may use DoYouPrompt to evaluate candidates' prompt engineering skills. Recruiter accounts are subject to the following terms:
- Candidate invitations: Recruiters may invite candidates to complete assessments by sending invitation links. Each invitation is unique and tied to a specific recruiter-candidate relationship.
- Report access: Recruiters may only view assessment reports for candidates who are explicitly linked to their account through the invitation system. Unauthorized access to other candidates' data is prohibited.
- Data handling responsibilities: Recruiters must handle candidate assessment data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Candidate reports may not be shared with third parties without the candidate's explicit consent.
- Fair use: Recruiters must use assessment results as one component of their hiring process and must not rely solely on DoYouPrompt scores to make employment decisions.
6 Free Tier & Subscriptions
DoYouPrompt offers the following access tiers:
- Free tier: Every registered account receives one (1) complimentary assessment run. This allows candidates to experience the full assessment environment and receive a scored report at no cost.
- Additional runs: Additional assessment runs beyond the free tier require a subscription or pay-per-run purchase. Pricing is displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
- Recruiter-granted runs: Recruiters may grant additional assessment runs to their invited candidates. These runs are governed by the recruiter's subscription terms.
- Billing: Subscription payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of digital assessment services, refunds are generally not available once an assessment run has been started. Unused runs may be refundable subject to our refund policy.
7 Intellectual Property
The following intellectual property terms apply to all Platform content and user-generated content:
- Platform IP: All assessment content, task designs, scoring rubrics, scoring algorithms, behavioral analysis methods, platform code, and design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of DoYouPrompt. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or used to create competing products.
- Candidate responses: Candidates retain ownership of the prompts and text they create during assessments. However, by using the Platform, candidates grant DoYouPrompt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their responses for the purposes of scoring, generating reports, improving assessment quality, calibrating scoring algorithms, and conducting research (in anonymized, aggregated form).
- Trademarks: The DoYouPrompt name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of DoYouPrompt. Use of these marks without prior written permission is prohibited.
8 Data Retention
We retain different categories of data for different periods:
- Assessment data: Prompts, responses, interaction traces, and scores are retained for a period of two (2) years from the date of assessment completion. This retention period allows for scoring recalibration and dispute resolution.
- Account data: Personal information associated with your account (name, email, preferences) is retained for as long as your account remains active.
- Deleted accounts: When you delete your account, personal data is removed within thirty (30) days. Anonymized, aggregated assessment data may be retained for statistical and research purposes.
Candidates may request deletion of their assessment data at any time by contacting us through the contact page. Deletion requests are processed within thirty (30) days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to DoYouPrompt in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of assessment scores and reports. Assessment results are provided as an evaluation tool and should not be the sole basis for employment or other consequential decisions.
- We are not liable for any hiring decisions made based on assessment results, nor for any consequences arising from a candidate's assessment performance or score.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

- Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
12 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to venue.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
